You need to cross the border , be careful as enemy deployed special bird shooter force near the border to shootdown incoming spy pigeons.they can attack on you using special snipers.
After crossing the border you need to be more careful from enemy jet planes already in sky with BVR missiles to hunt pigeon squad. you can attack back on those fighter planes using mini BVR missiles.

Destroy enemy tanks using mini barrel bombs, try to complete the mission and rescue your pigeon to fly back homeland.
